1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your registration and use of the Wed-O-Souls platform as a vendor ("Vendor", "you"). By submitting the vendor registration form, uploading your documents, and checking the agreement box, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register as a vendor, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to operate the business you are registering.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information in the registration form.
• Own or represent a genuine wedding-related business or service.

Wed-O-Souls reserves the right to accept, reject, or request additional information for any registration at its sole discretion.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

To maintain trust and safety on the platform, vendors are required to submit valid identity documents as part of registration, including:

• Aadhar Card — front and back
• PAN Card

You confirm that the documents you upload are genuine, belong to you or your authorized business representative, and have not been altered or falsified. Submitting fraudulent or forged documents will result in immediate rejection or suspension of your account, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

4 Data Privacy & Document Handling

Wed-O-Souls takes the confidentiality of your personal and identity documents seriously.

• Uploaded documents are stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel for verification purposes.
• Your documents will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties except where required by law or necessary to complete the verification process.
• You may request deletion of your account and associated documents by contacting info@wedosouls.com, subject to any legal or regulatory record-keeping requirements.

5 Profile Review & Approval

Upon submission, your vendor profile and documents will be reviewed by our team, typically within 24 hours. Wed-O-Souls reserves the right to:

• Approve, reject, or request re-submission of any registration or document.
• Suspend or remove any vendor profile found to be fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.

6 Vendor Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date business information on your profile.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Deliver services as advertised on the platform, in accordance with applicable laws.
• Not use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose.

7 Fees & Payments

Any applicable listing fees, commissions, or payment terms will be communicated separately and are subject to change with prior notice. Registration itself does not guarantee bookings or leads.

8 Limitation of Liability

Wed-O-Souls acts as a platform connecting vendors with couples and does not guarantee any specific number of leads, bookings, or revenue. Wed-O-Souls is not responsible for disputes arising directly between vendors and customers, though we may assist in good faith to resolve such matters.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

Wed-O-Souls reserves the right to suspend or terminate any vendor account, at its sole discretion, for violation of these Terms, provision of false information or documents, fraudulent activity, or repeated customer complaints.

10 Changes to These Terms

Wed-O-Souls may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
